At SAKS, we want to make sure you fall in love with your new purchases and wear them proudly and often! If, however, something is not right – please note the following return/exchange policies.
Kindly note, these policies apply ONLY to purchases made online (and not in store) and only on full price merchandise. Sale items are not eligible for “change of mind” or size returns/exchanges.
Should you wish to return/exchange an item, in the first instance please call (03 9500 8817) or e-mail (email@example.com) us to let us know what and why you wish to return. This must be done within 5 working days of receiving your items.
If the garment is faulty, we will gladly accept your item and either exchange or refund (in the same way which you paid) the full cost of the item plus return postage upon receiving the goods and accessing that there is indeed a fault.
As the non è vero garments are mostly made of stretch fabrics, they do fall into a size “range” rather than exact sizing, so you may occasionally find you need a different size based on style. Should you wish to exchange a garment for a different size, we will gladly do so by sending you your desired size along with a reply paid satchel to return the original to us.
Change of mind returns are accepted only on full price merchandise if received within 14 days and are in original condition with tags still attached (and you have made contact with us previously). A $15 postage/handling charge will be deducted from the original purchase price for any refunds made.
